PPBSO branches across Ontario are active – especially outside of the busy summer season – and offer members opportunities to network socially and professionally within a collegial, like-minded group of music lovers.
The summer games circuit, provides a dynamic competitive forum for members to hone their skills and have them tested across peer groups in exciting musical events.

Membership offers a gateway to volunteer and make a positive and satisfying difference through fund-raising, events management, and governance which are all integral to the health and vitality of the long, great tradition of the music of bagpipes and drums.
Membership Dues for 2025: $67.80 (Including HST)
Your membership fee for 2025 is due January 1st. This can be paid online (renewing members), money order, cheque, or credit card (Visa/MasterCard). This year, adult dues have been set at $67.80 ($60+$7.80 HST). Please remember that a monthly late-payment surcharge of $5.65 (.65¢ HST included) will be assessed to encourage timely payment.
The following schedule details the amount owing; depending on the date of payment. HST (13%) is included in all the amounts shown.
Paid on January 1, 2025 - $67.80
Paid after January 15, 2025 but on or before January 31, 2025 - $73.45
Paid after January 31, 2025 but on or before February 28, 2025 – $79.10
Paid after February 28, 2025 but on or before March 31, 2025 - $84.75
Paid after March 31, 2025 but on or before April 30, 2025 - $90.40
Paid after April 30, 2025 but on or before May 31, 2025 - $96.05
Paid after May 31, 2025 but by June 30, 2025 - $101.70
Paid after June 30, 2025 but by July 31, 2025 - $107.35
New Members pay $67.80 (HST Incl.) regardless of payment date
Members under the age of 16 years of age on January 1st pay 50% of the adult dues.
