<li><p class="font_8">Offers ensemble workshops for grade 3, 4 and 5 bands.</p></li>

-Certified PPBSO Bass and Tenor drumming judge
- Professional bass drummer since 1991.
- Member of the 'Best Bass-section' and 'World Championship Drum Corps' titles - 2007 with the 78th Fraser Highlanders Pipe Band
- PPBSO 'Champion Supreme' in solo open/professional bass drumming 2014 / 2015 / 2016 / 2021
-MacMillan United (online) Professional solo bass drumming champion 2021
- 'Shotts online' professional solo bass drumming champion 2020
- Member of numerous regional and North American titles ( band and Drum Corps) with 'The Frasers' from 2004-2017
- 'Top-three' finish at the MHAF 'WinterStorm' professional solo bass contest - 2007
- N. American grade 2 Champion (including best bass-section) with the Halifax Police Pipe Band (1992).
- Former 'Champion Supreme' in solo snare drumming in every amateur grade ( Atlantic Canadian Pipe Band Assoc.) and ( in the early 90's) a reg. prize winner in the open/professional grade.
- professional drum kit player offering studio session work, live sessions, and drumtech services through Caledonia Drum Studio.

- Can offer in-person tutelage or instrument specific mentoring from home or can travel to the student ( if within reasonable distance).
*Basic knowledge of snare drum rudiments are required.
*Scores will not be written for the individual, but a student's existing scores may be tailored, if requested.
*Lessons focusing on technique, tuning, contest preparation, and score execution and general 'approach to the instrument' are the specialty, ideally for intermediate level or beginner with some experience.
- Can also offer ensemble advice for bands at a gr. 5-3 level.
- Online consultation can be arranged by request, but is not ideal.
